Worldofmyown is a NYC based brand.

All our items are made and designed in NYC with vintage/dead-stock fabric. 

 

How fast is shipping?

• Our orders are on a made to order basis - please expect 1-3 weeks for your order to be shipped!

Washing instructions?

• To keep your worldofmyown products in the best shape, hand wash clothing inside out in cold water. Hang dry.

Returns/Refunds?

• We do not issue returns unless the item is faulty.

• If this is the case, please notify within 7 days of receipt

• If you are not happy with your order and want a return please contact our team to be eligible for a return.

• Please note your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages?

• If a package has been delivered to the shipping address that you provided at checkout, we are not responsible if that package is lost or stolen after delivery.

• We understand that having a package taken from your porch is frustrating. But it must be your responsibility to know typical delivery times of postal workers in your neighbourhood, and make sure someone is home to receive the package.

• Please choose the right shipping method if you have concerns of package theft or loss. 

• If your package is lost in transit (very rare) this is the carrier's responsibility. In this case you may reach out to USPS or FedEx directly for assistance.​

• We do not usually restock unless the demand is very high.
